SMYRNA, TN - (Business Wire)- April 12, 2005 - ProGResS, Inc. announced that it has signed into an agreement with the Register of Deeds office in Overton County, Tennessee.  

Mark E. Kirchenbauer, Vice-President of ProGResS stated, "We are very excited to have Franklin "Peck" Smith as our newest customer.  Peck and his staff will start on their new computer system July 1, 2005.  We look forward to working with Peck, and we thank him for allowing ProGResS the opportunity to computerize his office."
