SMYRNA, TN - (Business Wire)- December 19, 2002 - ProGResS, Inc. announced today that it has contracted with Trousdale County, Tennessee for the implementation of its integrated Register of Deeds computer system (Visual Recorder^TM).

The Visual Recorder^TM System will provide Mary Holder (Register of Deeds) the total office solution needed to bring her office into the 21st century.

Mark Kirchenbauer, Vice-President of ProGResS stated, "We are very excited about implementing our Visual Recorder Suite of software applications in Mary's office.
