Rutherford County Accepts ProGResS, Inc. Proposal

SMYRNA, TN - (Business Wire)- January 12, 2000 - ProGResS, Inc. announced today that it has contracted with Rutherford County, Tennessee for the implementation of its integrated Register of Deeds computer system (Visual Recorder^TM).

The Visual Recorder^TM System will provide Jennifer Gerhart (Register of Deeds) the total office solution she requested. 

Mark Kirchenbauer, Vice-President of ProGResS stated, "Jennifer and her county created a computer sub-committee to help her find the best system for her office.  They not only traveled around the state of Tennessee but also outside the state in search of a computer system.  We are extremely excited she chose ProGResS".
